建物自体は古いがよく整備されており不都合は無かった。 清掃も行き届いておりスタッフがホテルを愛しているのが分かる。 Mr.Johonnysはユーモアたっぷりにホテルを説明してくれました。 海に最も近い部屋（101号室）にしてくれたので部屋から波の音を聞けました。

Extra star for our room location. We were given room on 3rd floor overlooking Duval St. The only thing better would be the 2nd floor with the balcony. Negatives: AC didn’t get very cold. The fridge is more like a cooler (staff’s words). So luckily we brought a cooler. No ice machine to get your own ice (but staff will give you gallon Ziploc bags of ice upon request). Our room had large water stain on fridge cabinet. On first morning we had no cups to make coffee in room and the glasses were dirty (remedied by room service). Our room had no microwave. It did have Keurig but no plugin nearby its storage location. Being an older hotel, the king room we had is smaller so space was understandably limited. No drawers to unpack suitcase and with limited space it was cramped with suitcase open. Just note this in case you want more space. Positives: hotel gave us a $50 daily credit for drinks on site (charge drinks to room and credit is on bill).
