Fay Canyon Trail Cheap Vacations

The room and bathroom were very clean. The hallway outside our room needed vacuuming, however. I would have given the hotel an excellent rating except the lighting in the bathroom was just fair. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable with a lot of thoughtful touches.

We stayed one night. It was clean and easily accessible.

We were disappointed with the hotel. In the middle of the night the toilet started making bubbling noises. Several people started moving to other rooms, we didn’t because my husband was already asleep. The next day they blamed the city without apologizing. Also, my husband was sitting in the lounge in the morning having his coffee when a staff member started vacuuming around him and two other ladies… being rude. Even when asked to. Very disappointing!!!

It was a nice remodel. I have lived in Williams and knew what the property looked like previously. Loved the little tea kettle water warmer, I'll probably buy one for myself. Had a refrigerator but no microwave. Not having water cups and ice was a bummer. We appreciated the restaurant and bar onsite, had limited hours. Bed was super comfy.
