Stayed here for 6 nights. Very clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating despite a language barrier. Loved that they provided bottled waters for the guests which was a life saver being it was the hottest part of July. Close to local transportation and very convenient for traveling around Osaka.

While the location is truly unbeatable,right above Namba Station with easy access to shopping, dining, and transit,the hotel itself falls short of its 5-star claims. The room was quite small for the high price and the overall decor feels dated.
Service was excellent, and breakfast was a highlight with a good selection and quality. However, essential toiletries were missing, which is surprising for a hotel of this category. The window in the room was also disappointingly small, limiting natural light.
The lobby was extremely busy and felt more chaotic than welcoming, which took away from the sense of luxury.
Overall, you’re paying for the location and service, but not the room size or 5-star experience

"I really didn’t mind the dorm room style unit. I had a bed, table, mini fridge, and a personal bidet. Only thing is the sinks in the hallway to brush your teeth and a separate floor for showers. But that wasn’t a big deal. It’s a short walk to the metro and from there it’s 2 stops from Dotonburi. ..."
