Nice Hotel near Subway station and Yankee Stadium

Disappointing experience I was quite disappointed with my stay at Comfort Inn New York, especially considering the amount we paid. The first two days were fine and our room was cleaned normally. However, on the third day, we reminded the staff three times before leaving to please clean our room. Despite this, when we returned in the evening, nothing had been done — no fresh towels, no changed bedsheets, and the trash was still there. The breakfast was another major issue. Breakfast was included, and on the first two days there were eggs, bacon, and sausages. As Muslims, we cannot eat bacon, so eggs were an important option for us. On the third morning, there were no eggs available, even though it was still early, and even the orange juice was unavailable. When we asked the breakfast staff, they simply said, “I don’t know.” Reception also said they didn’t know because breakfast was a separate department. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and communication. These issues really affected our overall experience.
