When the cost of additional buffet breakfast is 30 bucks per person, at the very least the food should be hot and not just luke warm. Decor in the room was very poor. Renovations must be long overdue.

Safe and quiet place. The attached restaurant serves very nice Latin American food. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

The staff, from manager to housekeeping, treated us like long-time customers. Restaurant staff ev n asked when our last day was because they wanted to express their appreciation. Well located and hotel staff worked as a team.

Very spacious, clean room with awesome king sized bed in West Perth. Conveniently located in walking distance of many restaurants.

This hotel was okay to stay out for one night, but would not be staying any longer. I found check in quite rude with the receptionist I asked to check in a little bit early and she said the room is not ready then continue to watch people check in 10 minutes after I had asked the time I have lined up to check in my room was magically ready. Also they wanted a $250 bond deposite!! The room wasn't even worth that price, had to debate over this and she took $150 deposit in the end. The room itself was clean, bed was very comfortable, the shower leaked a little. Buffet breakfast was average for $25pp,a small selection of hot & cold breakfast options. Real Coffee was extra. The poor lady running it was alone and very busy for one person to do coffee and clean up.

Proximity to wharf was good. Disliked the room being so compact. Staff were friendly, polite & helpful.
