The room was pretty small for the cost and needs to be updated… A couple of the outlets didn’t work and the shower didn’t seem very practical

Great room but a maze to get there. Had a huge hot tub type tub in it but couldn’t figure out the jets lol. 2 dirty towels but there were plenty of other clean ones. Really quiet. Nice staff.

This historic hotel is a dream, service is absolutely fantastic and location is terrific. It is immaculately clean. As you arrive your senses awaken with delightful smell of gorgeous flowers. We stayed at the club level and loved it. Service was fabulous, they accommodated gluten free and any requests we had. Food was fresh and constantly replenished. The ladies working there are a delight. The gym is really well equipped and clean. Best hotel in SFO. Looking forward to our next Opera escape soon.

Giving my credit card and being charged to incidentals and takes days before charged amount returned to customer. I hate this business practice of almost stealing from customers.
