Staff was amazing - so helpful. Room was very nice and clean.

I am a Marriott person so staying at this boutique was not idea at all. No amenities, coffee shop closed at 5 and no other places to go to get drinks or snacks. Hotel was old and considered leaving the first night but the rest of the attendees stayed at the hotel and complained about tvs not working, AC not working and still going back and forth with my $15 per day credit.

We loved the location, the restaurant/bar in place, and all the modern decor.

Waterfront location. The record player & vinyl available for guests. Beds are comfortable. On site bar & restaurant are solid. We had a water deck room & were disappointed that we were given a room looking at the cruise ship terminal and a cruise ship (with attendant noises & blocked view). Hotel was booked so they could not accommodate our request to be moved to another room. Be mindful if you pay for one of these rooms to request a room at 322 or higher to avoid this issue.

the staff was amazing and went above and beyond in every way. Bed is comfortable. Hotel is beautiful and clean & the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend

The staff were all amazing! Turned down the spare bed for us while we were out for the evening, which was a pleasant surprise to come back to.
