This is a stunning resort! Each time I return, it gets even better. I always feel like family here and so safe. I highly recommend booking excursions with Ben, who is located on the private beach; he is trustworthy and reliable. I can't wait to return! Es un resort impresionante! This place was way too big for us. Dining options were not explained very well and hard to find speciality restaurants. We could never find a spot by the pool! So sat on towels on beach. Never could find even a chair on beach either.

I had a great time on this trip. I was traveling with friends and family and everyone had a great time. The hotel was shutting down for a remodel 2 days after we left, but they were operating at peak efficiency. There was no degradation in service or amenities. I have stayed at several Riu properties and the brand has consistently met or exceeded my expectations

things i really liked, the food, the drinks, how fast it is to reach the beach & pool you can navigate around the resort pretty quick. the resort was really clean & smelled really good. things that i did not like, when i was hanging out in my balcony it seemed that i was surrounded by chain smokers. this is a smoke free room resort Iberostar needs to do a better job at policing these nasty chain smokers from smoking in the rooms/balconies there was a little bit too much pressure from the concierge on joining the "club Iberostar" seminars for free services. was a little too much stress, i could like not to be bugged when onvacation.
