We love this hotel it is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I don't gamble but they have a casino. OH and the restaurants and stores that are available are great. We visited Las Vegas for Wrestlemania two years in a row and stayed right here.

While the Wynn Las Vegas remains impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, my experience in early May was marred by uncharacteristically subpar service. Despite the resort not being particularly busy, the poolside service was a significant disappointment. It took approximately 45 minutes to receive any assistance at the pool (then about 45 to get our food!). When I attempted to flag down available staff, I was informed they were not assigned to my area and that my designated server would return shortly. This inefficiency extended to the pool bar, where wait times to place an order were equally excessive. Along with long wait times to ride the elevators, needing to wait for multiple elevators to pass before we could get on. Given the Wynn's reputation for excellence, these service lapses were unexpected and overshadowed an otherwise beautiful property.

Hotel amenities like the breakfast the restaurant was under construction, and amenities were shut down, like gambling at the pool. Which is fine, but you should warn travelers booking.
