They only allow 1 face, hand and body towel. Requested more but was told just one per room. I like to have a towel to wipe down the counter after washing my face. Hotel smelled like sewer the entire time. Door to room would t close properly. Had to keep pushing to close. Ate at the restaurant, took 2 hours of I get food. Has to ask for my tea 3 times! Finally after almost 2 hours, they bought a cup. Was told after that because of the typhoon warning, many staff didn’t show up for work. Completely understandable but that something you should tell people when they sit down. We keep asking when our food is coming, was told 15 more minutes numerous times. Finally when we got angry, they said they are short staff. Still, 2 hours to bring tea is a bit ridiculous.

When we arrived we used the cafe for our evening meal. There was only one other party in the cafe, yet it still took 20 mins to be served our drinks, my husband being told after 20 mins that his choice of beer wasn't available. The hotel seemed more intent on catering for business functions rather than hotel guests. The food was cold and limited by 8.30-0900 breakfast and we had to sit in the foyer to eat instead of inside the cafe. The rooms were clean but our room had a musty smell as if it hadn't been used in a while. The shower took forever to drain and my daughter's room flooded. Numerous times her room card didn't work. Towards the end of our stay the corridor to our room smelled of sewage! Not pleasant! My daughter used the pool, which was freezing and stained her bikini bottoms on the step. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, just a pity the management of the hotel let it down.

Staff remembered my preferences, noticed when I hadn’t eaten, checked on my well-being, and even helped me when I felt unwell. The breakfast and dinner teams worked seamlessly during busy periods, always with professionalism and kindness. Housekeeping added thoughtful touches that made my room feel like home. Even when small issues arose, management resolved them promptly and with care, turning potential frustrations into positive experiences. Staying for more than 45 days could have been challenging, but the warmth, consistency, and dedication of the entire team made me feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional service and hospitality I experienced throughout my stay.

Get place great staff

The rooms were beyond anything I expected. Great views, great setup. I had a suite with a large living room, large kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Will always come back here.

Clean room, very helpful staff and having laundry inside your room is very convenient.
