"It is Terrible place to stay, it is a dumpster, it should be shut down as a hotel, not working appropriately plumbing for showers and toilets ,dangerous wet bathrooms floors 24 hour/ day, dirty smelly bed covers and pillows, all the rooms smells stinky fish, or urine and feces 24 hour/ day, broken and no windows in the room and bathrooms. All plants pots has feces fertilizers. Slippery bedroom floor and taped with many slippery black tapes, I am a handicap senior citizen 71 years old using 4 wheel foldable-walker and my wife senior citizen 74 years old. I am thankful to God that we left this place alive and without broken bones and they have very harsh staff that placed us in the fourth floor and I got many people to help me to go up and down even though I informed the hotel in advance that I am a handicap and needs help and I thought my room is in the 1st floor."

"We loved our stay at Hotel Grande. It has a dedicated parking garage for guests (two-level basement) as well as an elevator for ease of transporting luggages. Breakfast buffet is tasty and has a very good mix of Filipino (danggit, ube-flavored ensaymada, etc) and International food. The staff do seem to be more aloof than most of the staff at other Philippine hotels we've stayed at - they're not the type to jump up and greet you every single time they see you - which is good because it made for our interactions to feel more genuine. Internet connection is secured and fast. TV has great options. Our room was spacious, and clean. We hear guests from the hallway but not once they've entered their room. Bathroom's also kept very clean and stocked, there is hot water and water pressure is great."
