I enjoyed the views and the location. The pillows and the bed are what you really want to be luxury and they did not disappoint. Wonderful and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I especially appreciated the extra discount at the restaurant when a room upgrade was not available. I didn’t ask for either but they offered both.

The overall conditions of the room were very modern and the staff was very friendly! However, noise cancelation wasn’t very great between the rooms/hallways as it got kinda loud at times. The condition of the basement/parking area was also a little dingy but getting in and out of the parking garage was fairly easy! They also let you keep your car till 2pm after checkout which is great if you want to stay around after checkout.

Slightly underwhelming but maybe my expectations were off. TV wasn’t working, everything needs a bit of an upgrade and deep scrub (daily cleaning crew was awesome). Some of the staff was super lovely.

My family and I stayed for one week while vacationing in Vancouver. We loved everything about our stay - the place is spotless, the room had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and the sheets high quality, the location is super convenient for exploring Vancouver. We loved the balcony and the kitchen was great. It is an amazing quality for the price!
