The tiled kitchen/lounge floor was dirty The general decor was well used and past its best. The complete absence of staff meant the issues we had had to be dealt with phone and email and was unsuccessful and the issues were never resolved. We wasted to much of our valuable time waiting for someone to fix the door access The place was soulless

The staff was very helpful in showing us what sights to see in the area. It was nice being in town.

Very modern hotel & grand in size. Loved our room very spacious superior queen beds, small kitchenette & large bathroom. Very clean & well appointed. Great views of the mountains. Fantastic Cafe & Restaurant. Gorgeous hot spa pools overlooking the wilderness. Onsite parking both outside & secured inside parking. Highly recommended.

Hotel has an attractive 'lodge style' exterior. Well located on Banff Avenue for all the surrounding activities. Rooms are large & comfortable.
