Breakfast buffet was amazing every day! My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful massage in the spa. The staff could not have been more kind or welcoming. The location right across from the beach is perfect. Note: laundry facilities really means laundry service. I could have stayed here for my whole trip! Highly recommend.

The staff was super helpful and friendly every time. Amenities are a little dated but usable. The beachfront location is pretty amazing though, and it might be the reason we would stay there a second time if we visit Hoi An again.

Palm Garden Resort was absolutely stunning - it was extremely well maintained and beautiful from every angle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile on their face. Our room was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed and more - big bed, TV, air conditioner, hairdryer, drying horse, wardrobe, dressing table, umbrellas, robes, slip on shoes, etc. To top it off, the room was serviced twice a day and the staff always left a couple of biscuits in the evening which was a nice touch and they were delicious. The buffet breakfast was also super delicious and had so many options. There were a couple chefs there every morning who were cooking eggs to order and staff would either ask you or you could ask the staff to make you a coffee. The resort also offered a shuttle bus into Hoi An city three times a day and back three times a day which was really great. My only critiques would be that the pool was a little too warm which wasn’t very refreshing to swim in and the equipment in the gym wasn’t well maintained, it was a little rusty and old, it was also quite hot in the gym which wasn’t very inviting. Regardless, we’d definitely stay at the resort again, we really loved it there. Thank you for having us!

What a lovely hotel in a fantastic location in Hoi an old town, facilities were fabulous, staff were amazing and the pool was excellent. Would recommend this hotel as a beautiful hotel to stay that has a fabulous ambiance about it.❤️
