Great place to stay! Clean and provided everything we needed!

Fantastic place. Better than any word or photo could describe.

Everything was great until 4:45am when the fire alarm went off in my room only. After a few minutes of calling the front desk and no one answered, it turned off. 10 min later it came blaring back on, called again and they sent a engineer up and he unplugged it and took it away, no replacement. I’m wide awake now. At check out they adjusted my parking for inconvenience LOL

They have done a great job remodeling and updating the hotel. The staff are wonderful. They could use a small café versus just the very expensive restaurant. My only complaint is the bed, bedding and pillows. The bed is extremely firm and sleeps hot like a very low quality memory foam. The linens are scratchy. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. It fits the theme of Knotts Berry Farm well. It would be great to have a mini fridge and microwave as well as a coffee maker. A few improvements and this would be a great hotel.

Nice property. Very convenient location for business travelers. A bit pricey for what it is. Food is decent & aver priced. Lounge is very overpriced.

Wi-fi was not working way too slow

The staff was so nice and for how old this hotel is they keep it up well. We had a room right by a table outside of our door which meant early in the morning, late at night, and trying to take a nap during the day you could hear people talking. For that reason I give it a 3 star. If you want a quiet place I wouldn’t consider this place. But overall it was a good stay.

I received spectacular service from every team member I encountered — the front desk, housekeeping, the bartender, and the restaurant server. The balcony with direct access to the pool and the patio lounging area was absolutely the best. Every part of the hotel was in pristine condition.
