The hotel was modern and clean. The room was comfortable and spotless.
Good location to Metro.
The reason for my rating: I was on the 5th floor, facing east. Road noise and a low rumble from the mechanical/AC unit on the roof was constant. I could only sleep when I put in ear plugs.
I considered changing rooms but it was already evening and I was already in bed.

The location, underground parking, and great staff made our stay very enjoyable. Note that housekeeping comes every two days, so you might reuse wet towels if you shower frequently. Also, the kitchen and bathroom floors need renovation. Seeing black mold in the corners and around the old flooring was a major turnoff.
