The room and everything associated including check-in and check-out were impeccable....but there were some issues with the property that really impacted my stay. The first of these was the fact that the WiFi was out two days and flaky the third....I was there for business and this really caused me some issues to the point that i ended up going to a nearby hotel and using theirs. The second thing was two of the three elevators were down, yes they called someone out to work on them and got them fixed but having a hotel with probably 400 rooms funnel through one small elevator especially since there were several high school college teams there so lots of young people....only one elevator. Otherwise the location is actually great...plenty of parking, easy to find...can get across I-270 leaving back way from parking lot instead of dropping into traffick

Clean, friendly staff, nice food, stylish room

No, the balcony view was not scenic but it was still a very nice stay.

I’m not sure how my stay could have been better. The hotel is steps from the convention center, comfortable, quiet, and lovely. I’ll stay here again!

Wonderful staff, awesome room, amazing decor.

It was ok. Out of date appliances, could not adjust room temperature above 65 degrees. No outlet in bathroom to plug in hair dryer, peeling finish on bathroom fixtures. Clean though in a nice neighborhood.

The business center options could use a bit more attention. Ancient printer placed on a high counter that could barely be reached. Otherwise, nice people, clean (if small) rooms, excellent (expensive) food.

Rooms are dated. No microwave even though I was told there was one. Staff was great.
