1. Room clean 2. Staff excellent 3. Resort fee should not apply, there’ not much to do there, pool close, and no steam room or jacuzzi. 4. Maintenance so so, water machine doesn’t work, sensor switch goes off by itself every time during shower, but they do attend the problem immediately, but no result.

Walkable distance to restaurants and Safeway Groceries.

The property was nice. The mini fridge situation is a pain. The rooftop bar was overcrowded and mostly with people that were not guests of the hotel. Overall nice, but would not stay at The Wharf again.

Fantastic staff (housekeeping, front desk, and conference/banquet workers). Exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. Wish there were a few more coffee/tea options in the room or quick, easy coffee options in the lobby without needing to go through breakfast purchase options,etc. A business center for printing would’ve been amazing but front desk staff was able to help and went out of their way for me. I’m not usually a “chain hotel” fan, but the bed, pillows, quiet atmosphere, and staff has made me a DoubleTree fan if other locations are this clean and well-staffed.

The Ivy is exquisite! I highly recommend.

They don’t tell you that parking is not close, in a creepy parking lot, paying $45+$8 (parking tax for overnight parking)+1(parker membership)=$54 per night to park. There is a cool food hall nearby but that’s about it. The hotel accepts pets to keep that in mind.
