Easily one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. Excellent location, close to food, nightlife, stadiums, WAMU Theater, and more. Entire facility is packed with beautiful architecture, greenery, and art throughout. The gym, library, cafe, and bar are all SPECTACULAR. Staff are wonderful!!! WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY.

We had a great stay! Staff was very helpful and very friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Loved how close it is to Pike Place Market.

Excellent location in the heart of Seattle. Very small room, but cozy. Staff were great. Elevator broke several times while we were there and we were on the 16th floor! Beware extra "destination" fees not covered by your expedia purchase!

Overall, I’d rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the luxury standard the hotel advertises. During our stay, we called the front desk from the room phone three separate times with no answer, which was frustrating and disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was with the hotel’s Audi car service. The staff was not knowledgeable or helpful when trying to assist us, and the front desk associate at checkout showed little urgency or follow-through. We stood there waiting for over 20 minutes without any updates, and no one ever followed up with us despite being told they would. For a luxury hotel, service and attentiveness matter just as much as the physical property. While the hotel itself is lovely, the lack of responsiveness and customer care left us disappointed overall.

6 stars for the staff! Arthur the bellman and Tomteo (?) the breakfast server. They quote “the largest room in the house is the room to improve “. Our experience was a service level that was always looking to surprise and delight. And the rooms and hotel are epic at large. Our new Seattle place to stay.

Clean hotel, helpful staff, amazing shower water pressure, good location as it is walkable distance to the Space Needle, Pike’s Market, and Light Rail to get to and from the airport.

Everyone was helpful, friendly and supportive. Great hotel.

Our room was nicely appointed and quiet. The coffee shop was gone, but the upgraded coffee machine in the lobby was a nice replacement. I hate to complain, but the beds were not very comfortable and the pillow were very lumpy - we had some trouble sleeping. Also, vacuuming the lobby in the morning around people sitting in the chairs and sofas was not very considerate, seems this could be done earlier, when there are no people having coffee and relaxing in the lobby. We were told we could split the bill when I called ahead of our visit, then we were told we could not do so when we arrived - awkward. The rooftop patio was enjoyable, and the staff was helpful and friendly.
