Just not worth how expensive it is

Great location and friendly staff. They need to fix the elevator situation. Second time I’ve stayed there this month and only on very slow elevator works.

Another exceptional stay at the Langham NYC. My top choice when in town. Excellent staff and customer service overall, with best club lounge in the city.

Conveniently located at 41st and Madison, just a block away from Bryant Park, the public library, the 42nd street subway stop and 5th Avenue shopping. The 2nd floor lounge is a quiet spot to reset with complimentary snacks, beverages and fruit. The rooms are typical New York small but cozy with the cute library theme. For those who receive complimentary breakfast at the adjacent Madison & Vine restaurant, the food is fine but the service is inconsistent and slow.

The location was excellent. Elevators were quick busy on higher floors. Would still recommend.

Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The room and rest of the hotel was so nice and clean. A really nice touch was getting water bottles when we checked in and being able to fill them up in the 24-hour convenience room. Awesome! And the location was perfect for getting anywhere quickly.

Great staff, great room with personalized touches, great food at restaurants, small gym and no spa on site. Fabulous hotel, would return!
