Jones Beach Island Beach Vacations

Overall our experience was great but our tv died. It was late at night and a tech did come to look at it. He said the tv needed to be replaced the next day and asked what time would be convenient for us. Since we were checking out in the morning, we said do it after our check out.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was in an amazing location: walking distance to everything I wanted to do. It was clean, it was quiet, it was great! I was there on Halloween weekend and you would not even know the neighborhood was popping off because it was so quiet. My family of 4 stayed in a double room (2 double beds) and it was just fine. Super comfy beds...we were so tired and slept really well. Now, the staff: Shout out to Thomas who was so helpful when I made a booking mistake. Shout out to Fred, who was an absolute friendly doll. He was so helpful giving little hints about the neighborhood. I wanted to shop on Canal St. and he gave good advice. I was super duper grouchy after a 9 hour flight to Rome and the staff was so nice (I did not grouch at them, but the could tell I was tired). I love this place and will definitely be back! Thank you, NobleDen for being so awesome!

The bath towel shelf in the shower was so high up, I had to stand on my tippy toes to grab a towel and I’m 5ft 5in. Likewise, the little mirror by the entry door was hung at a height for a 6 foot man to check his hair. The pillows felt like swim floaties. Great location though. And no smartly situated outlets for recharging phone and laptop.
