We were very excited for our stay because this resort is advertised everywhere as a luxurious 5-star property. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations. The staff was the best part of our stay. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They always did their best to assist us, and we truly appreciate their hospitality. That said, several issues affected our overall experience. The A/C in our room never worked properly, making it difficult to stay comfortable. Our mini fridge also didn’t work, so none of our drinks stayed cold. In fact, almost every beverage we received around the resort was served warm, which was disappointing. The dining experience was also inconsistent. We had a 9:00 PM dinner reservation, yet several menu items were already unavailable. Guests with reservations shouldn’t have limited choices because of the time. The buffet offered limited variety, and the food quality was inconsistent. Some meals were good, while others didn’t seem fresh. We understand that no resort is perfect, but for a hotel that promotes itself as a luxury 5-star destination, we expected a much more consistent experience. We left feeling disappointed because the service from the staff deserved better support from the overall operation.

Clean master suite room and Yimmi was the best butler. Activities every night was a vibe!!

The Resort itself was beautiful however the workers gave it the additional touch! Thank you all for being energetic, friendly & polite. The Mexican restaurant was delicious, great drinks and a phenomenal ambiance. Berlin the concierge was superb! Until next time Dream Onyx!

Five stars. We had very excellent time to stay there. Hope we can come back in the future.
