Clean and spacious room. Also really liked that there was a huge park next to the hotel, which made air quality much nicer than center of Guangzhou. Only complaint was there was only few people who can communicate in English, and noodle maker for breakfast buffet showed annoying face when I asked for noodle. Other than that breakfast was good

I have visited two times, and on both occasions the experience was great. The staff are happy and go out of their way to help and ensure the stay is as good as possible. The rooms I have had were spacious, and well maintained and have all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There is an acceptable gym, a nice outdoor pool, and indoor hot tub and sauna. A wide range of food is offered for breakfast in the restaurant, and they cater to a range of cuisine to a high standard. The location of the hotel is convenient, a short distance from the Line 2 metro.

They didn’t give us free breakfast as stated in the booking. We had to ask them and show the proof in order for them to give us the tickets. The room is not clean and stains on the bedsheets. The TV does not work even restarted multiple times. The air condition temperature meter is broken. It gets really cold as it never turns down the fan speed automatically. It gets quite loud outside at night because the insulation is poor. Sound isolation is poor as we heard the entire conversation with a mom yelling at their kid at night for an hour.

Excellent stay at this 4-star hotel! Perfect downtown location near the metro—so convenient. The front desk was welcoming and check-in was a breeze. My room was spotless, and the bar was great for evening drinks. Everything I needed for a business trip. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay at this Sanyuanli hotel! Check-in was incredibly fast and efficient. The front desk team provided warm, professional service throughout. During the Canton Fair, they even arranged airport transport—such a helpful touch. The location is perfect for business—surrounded by international traders, making networking and deals incredibly convenient. Great value for money. Will definitely stay here again!
