Fantastic location. Absolutely brilliant hotel gym…never seen one anywhere near as good. Lovely public areas. Issue with the aircon in the room which I believe to have been in some sort of eco mode and was not nearly sufficient in hot weather. Spoke to reception who immediately seemed to able to alter it, but this had to be done a few times and was hot in the night. We had a standard size room on a high floor (an upgrade) - the room was tiny but sufficient for our needs.

Lovely villa with back garden and front drive. Modern, clean and feels very homely! My children aged 4 and 7 loved it also.

Staff were super friendly & helpful, room was immaculate the bed was so comfy, really close to loads of nice bars & resturants, all in all a really great hotel & would definitely recommend to all my friends & family.

The hotel is very well located near the train station and local attractions such as the general Library. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choices and very good coffee.

Check in was quick and easy, room was small but nice. Pool and leisure facilities were good. Brekky could have been better, but a good welcoming hotel.
