Great hotel- central area. Only negative was the lack of air con.

You could easily call the hotel flash trash, however it is in fact a wonderful whimsical sensory adventure that is simply brilliant. It’s clean and smells good even though you may look at it and think yeah nah! Recommend a stay here for sure.

Clean room, friendly staff

Lovely room with an amazing view. Really helpful and friendly staff, plus able to check in online and access the room early. Lovely restaurant on site and free soft drinks in the mini bar.

This property was in a great location just off the high street perfect for anyone staying

The hotel was great. The restaurant had delicious food, if a little expensive. The spa was cool, but very small and too expensive for what it was. The steam room was not working and they kept the price the same.

Great room on the whole, central location and the car park is a good selling point. Unfortunate that we visited at such a hot time since this place has no air conditioning at all (other than the lobby) and was brutally hot. A big fan was provided but the windows only open a small amount so no scope to bring in cool air. Otherwise service, comfort and cleanliness were good.
