Interesting design - on 2 levels, living/kitchen on first floor and bedrooms on 2nd. Lots of baths. Clean and safe. It will NOT sleep 7 (unless you're ready to sleep 3 in one bed, with the last person crunched on a loveseat sofa). 4 is more the right number of guests. Full minibar in fridge. I use some, and had to complete the checkout online to pay for incidentals, and got charged again by the property for the stay. That being said, one email and the communication was great, the double-charge was refunded. Many thanks!

The staff are really friendly and there are lots of areas to sit, work, eat and drink.

The hotel is very well situated. It has a nice café and chocolaterie. The hotel has a nice lobby and the staff is welcoming. The area is safe. The room was quite small and the air conditioning was problematic. The shower was ackward. The twin beds were comfy but it was difficult to keep the room cool and comfortable. The fridge did not work properly ( we requested a change and the new fridge made no difference). The safe was very small and placed very low as you could not access it. The carpet in the room was not ideal.

Business lounge wes good when it wasn’t too crowded with families. A few days in a row, when we went up for breakfast to business lounge we were disappointed to see tables dirty, breakfast area being unkept. My view is this isn’t about the staff not doing their job but more about certain families/guests lacking proper etiquette and taking advantage / abusing of service provided.

I have chosen 5 star hotel which means that I wish to have some comfort and therefore I was really disappointed that in one evening hotel had huge party in their restaurant and it was noisy very late and it was hard to sleep. If they wish to have noisy parties they have to locate their quests in other parts of the hotel not right in the middle of noise. Another disappointment was that in room there were two separate beds. If I need a comfort I wish to have a big bed not a small bed like in a student dormitory. Premises were clean and staff was very polite. This is the best thing in the hotel that staff is always helpful and polite.

The apartment was well equipped and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The only options left when I booked were court yard view not river view. The courtyard is a little dilapidated as a view but this did not affect my stay. Although there is no reception the communications from the management was very helpful. They provide short video clips that help with the orientation when I first arrived.

Very nice hotel unique and quaint in a very special way. The staff there is exceptional and goes way above and beyond their job duties to make sure the guests have a very enjoyable stay free of stress and problems. They made me feel like a close friend for whom they have known for many years! I highly recommend this hotel for the location, the decor, the food served within, the grounds (especially the patio area), and of coarse, the amazing staff.
