Room was spacious and clean. Staff and room service was great. No major issues.

The Valley Ho staff is exceptional! They all were friendly, helpful, efficient and positive. We felt like we got VIP treatment from start to finish.

We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else.

Property was beautiful, rooms were nice. My complaints are that our bathroom didn't have a fan, the water pressure in the bathroom sink faucet was very poor and the property’s WiFi is terrible. I had to keep my WiFi off the entire stay (4 nights 5 days) We stayed over March Break so it was extremely busy, the pools were very murky. Not sure if they’re always like that. I did love how the property had filtered water stations all over. We love Scottsdale and would try a different hotel next time we visit.

Older but clean. Helpful and kind staff. Huge spot for “little league” type sports teams to stay—not a bad thing, but know that the pool will be busy after their games end.
