Ko Ta Ro Tao All inclusive Vacations

We had an issue with a strange man on our floor but security was prompt and made us feel very safe after reporting it. Very pleased with our stay.

Great room , great service

This apartment was perfect for what we needed. It is central to many parts so you could walk if you wanted. We did rent a car so it was great that free parking for 2 spots was available. It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. I'd likely come and stay again when I am back in the area

The room was pretty outdated. The bathtub had material peeling from it, leaving rust spots exposed. There was a Keurig coffee machine in the room but no coffe or condiments.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

This is the most peaceful resort hotel on the strip. Ratify spa, gym and pool facilities. Everything is top notch!

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

Room could have used a deep cleaning . Even the awning over the door was filled with spider webs . Closet door pole fell down and wasn’t secure.. the track of closet was filthy . My socks got so dirty from the floor .

Great experience, new hotel, not far from strip at a much lower price point

Very clean, staff was excellent. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Highly recommend
