Location could not be better, all staff encountered were cordial and helpful. Lovely non-corporate vibe about the hotel, which has a beautiful architecture. Nice to be able to have free coffee and tea on request in the very comfortable lobby area or outside seating. Rooms were well equipped and of a high quality.

Nice location, nice rooms

This hotel was perfect for us. The location was great. It is right across the street from the train station and 1 block from Tivoli gardens. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet. It is easy walking distance to restaurants and the heart of the old city center. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about this hotel.

Great hotel and location we enjoyed our stay in Copenhagen

Best location and an outstanding staff. Also the breakfast buffet is first rate. Quiet despite being in the mix in Copenhagen’s most picturesque area. You won’t be disappointed.
