The room wasn’t as advertised. Very small, not open like the picture. Not enough coffee and tea for two people. Batteries were falling out of safe so you couldn’t leave anything in it. Only one card per room which is inconvenient. It was a good value and good location but I wouldn’t stay there if in Hanoi.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their hospitality. The building was a bit old and looked a bit worn. However, the location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome.

Amazing staff, very clean room, loved the rooftop bar. Close to lots of attractions. Very quiet as well.

Be very careful. I was charged a "breakage fee" due a simple sweat stain from my baseball cap. Everything in the room is white. It is easily cleaned in the laundry. When I tried explaining this to the hotel staff, they told me that "This is Hanoi." They don't launder bedding? The rude part is that I was informed by a letter slid under my door.
