Red frog and the staff were excellent, we loved our stay and would be happy to come back. The only reason we give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because a good amount of amenities were closed : the pool, zipline, one of the restaurants, and the market. The staff did a good job making up for these closures, they were amazing! But if you’re booked for these you may want to be aware before you arrive.

Absolutely stunning property. Serene and a great place to disconnect. Staff and owner were friendly and supportive. La Loma did a nice job accommodating dietary issues. I'd highly recommend a stay. Tips for visitors: Visitors should consider building in a contingency day in case an activity gets rained out. One of our party had mobility issues. The family treetop I think would be a good choice. The stairs aren't as steep between the meal place and lodging. Hiking poles also helped with getting up and down the stairs to the dock. I did the bat tour and bioluminescence tour through them, both super fun. I wore a rash guard top and swim pants for the bat tour and thought that was a good choice. Suggestions for property: Every meal is well done for the food that it is, but it would be a great to have a built in either/or choice for the meal so you don't feel like a burden if you'd prefer a different type of food. The morning muffins are delicious. Consider giving each guest two :).
