First time staying at the Lotte hotel. The room was super spacious. The beds were so comfy! Room service was superb (have the spring risotto). The lounge on the 16th floor had delicious drinks for happy hour as well as beautiful view! Will definitely be staying at The Lotte again

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location could not have been more perfect—just a short walk from Pike Place Market, which made exploring Seattle incredibly convenient.
The room was luxurious, beautifully appointed, and had every amenity we could have wanted. The coffee in the room was phenomenal, and we loved the thoughtful touches like the complimentary wine, snacks, and drinks. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
The staff truly made our stay special. From the moment we arrived, they were professional, welcoming, and incredibly kind. They greeted us, took care of our bags, and made us feel like we didn’t have to worry about a thing. They handled everything!
And the rooftop was absolutely gorgeous! We were able to have our own little fire and relax on our last night in Seattle while overlooking the bay and Pike Place Market. It was such a beautiful and memorable way to end our trip.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle. The location, luxury, cleanliness, incredible staff, and beautiful rooftop made this an unforgettable stay. We would absolutely stay here again!
