Overall, everything was good during our stay. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I do feel that the rooms could use an update. In particular, the bathroom faucets are in poor condition and look outdated, which really detracts from the overall appearance of the room.

Very nice stay. 4.5 stars. Only .5 off was that phone in one of our two rooms stopped working 2 days in and was never fixed. Not a biggy but still a bit of a concern in case of emergency or other needs. Luckily we had a second room with a phone that worked. Very kind and friendly staff. And Xmas Eve dinner at the buffet was amazingly insane. So much good food and merriment. Note that the spa is not great at communicating changes if delays or staff absences that may affect scheduled service. Also the spa pool is indoor which is super but costs extra ($10 USD per adult, kids free which was very nice). Shuttle to town fills up fast and must be booked in advance (at least 24 hours if not more). We will come back!

Had a lovely stay at Be Live Collection Marrakech Adults Only. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. The staff were truly outstanding: friendly, respectful, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. Food and drinks were good with a nice variety, and the pool area was relaxing with plenty of space to unwind. A great adults-only hotel in Marrakech. We would definitely recommend it and would happily return.

The service in the restaurant was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to KAMAL, who was an absolute legend. He consistently looked after us and made sure our dinner experience was enjoyable every evening. He even took the time to practice French with my son, which meant a lot to us and really made our stay memorable. The room was superb — clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day. Everything about this hotel felt well-run and guest-focused. Thank you to the entire Barceló team. If you are visiting Marrakesh, I highly recommend booking here.
