From outside the building you wouldn’t expect anything promising but as soon as you enter everything transforms. Rooms are large beds are huge and very comfortable. Amenities are really good. Towels are a bit worn but bath towels are good . The room is fantastic

Absolutely loved this stay. Just a 10-minute walk to the Bund, with charming old houses along the way. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Great water pressure in the shower. The laundry room on the 4th floor was a huge plus—wash and dry in one go. Nice gym for a quick morning workout, and the rooftop terrace has an amazing view of Lujiazui at night. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and even recommended some great local Shanghainese restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

All rooms were clean when I checked in. The staff was very helpful since it was my first time to stay in a residential area in China, and had a lot of questions, ie how to open the door, how to use the washing machine, etc. The staff answered my questions within a minute.

Perfect placed at metro entrance no.14 and the center of Shanghai. Quiet and pleasant hotel. We had ordered three rooms for seven people. The three rooms we got, but there were only six beds. The hotel charged an additional payment for an extra bed. They did not respond to our arguments that we have ordered for seven people. Totally unacceptable. In addition they also charged for an extra person for breakfast.

I like this Service apartment not just they are well managed, also you feel so convenient to go shopping, dining and tour around the city because of its location adjacent to one of the most beautiful shopping malls in Shanghai, (IFC) and subway system.

Rooms were very clean and quiet. Staffs were very helpful in general, and vehicle used for transfer to Disney land was classy. Hot spring was awesome and relaxing. Restaurant food were great quality. Overall highly recommended.
