Very pleased with our stay. Great views, food and facilities. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We stayed here for two nights in a room with two double beds. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, so we slept well. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its location. It’s within walking distance of the marina, shopping, restaurants, and many tour departure points, making it a great base for exploring the area. That said, the hotel definitely shows its age. It’s well maintained, but it’s still an older property, and that was noticeable throughout our stay. We didn’t mind the classic décor, but the rooms felt dated. The room itself was quite small, and the bathroom was even smaller, making the space feel cramped. We chose this hotel because we wanted to experience this hotel brand during our trip to Canada. While our stay was comfortable enough, we don’t think we’d stay here again. We simply prefer newer hotels with modern design, more spacious rooms, and updated amenities.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia! From the front desk to the restaurant - everyone was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. The room was gorgeous which was made it all the kind of stay we wanted (plus the location in Victoria was perfect.

Excellent stay for a relaxing break before returning home after 6weeks holiday. Balcony overlooking the bay and ferry terminal. Spacious room with a view out from the bathroom!

Wow! It was super clean and convenient with the kitchen, washing/drying machine and the dishwasher. We could have stayed there for a long time! It was quiet, beautiful and bright.

We loved this hotel. It's a remarkably well renovated older property. It was so quiet, so clean and so comfortable. And beautiful. Location was proximal to lots of interesting places in Victoria. And yet, the street was not too crowded at all.
