This hotel surpassed our expectations in every category. The room was beautiful and spacious. The staff was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about local restaurants and sights.
Genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
We’re already planning a return to Santiago next year, and will stay a the Castillo Rojo again.
Wine in the courtyard every evening was a highlight, along with the excellent early breakfast.
The neighborhood stays active late into the night, but it’s not disruptive to sleep and relaxation.

Very clean, the lunch and dinner from the restaurant are very good, breakfast also nice. The location is safe and can walk to the teleféricos in 20mins.will recommend stay here.
