This hotel surpassed our expectations in every category. The room was beautiful and spacious. The staff was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about local restaurants and sights.
Genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
We’re already planning a return to Santiago next year, and will stay a the Castillo Rojo again.
Wine in the courtyard every evening was a highlight, along with the excellent early breakfast.
The neighborhood stays active late into the night, but it’s not disruptive to sleep and relaxation.

Hotel location is nice but the amenities, furniture, elevators, rooms are to old, they need to replace everything and make the hotel modern and clean.
Our stay wasn’t the best comfortable because the facts I mentioned. Hope to see this hotel renewed asap .
