West of The Strip All inclusive Vacations

First it was a 3hour check in. There systems don't work. Kept saying transactions did go through but on my bank app it was charged $500+ 4 xs? Than the pool area I guess u don't gotta really RSVP on the reserved areas like we did. Everyone look to had just sat in reserved areas anyway. So I feel that was a rip off. And dj ended 1 hour b4 pool closed. Roaches coming out the fridge. Elevators smell like tobacco and there elevators skip several floors. 3rd day they called the room about my transactions not going through although it said on my bank app 5xs final amount after merchant approval. Called my bank they said they took the money and it was on there end. Most food court was closed and close at 10pm. So buy food if u arrive late because nothing is open. Shogun ramen was horrible. No broth and very bland.

The elevators were limited. Some days there was 3 that worked. Others there was only 2. This caused lines for people waiting to go upstairs or down.
