Good Service

The location is very nice. We can walk to famous places of Quebec city.

Self check in was a little confusing but once you get the hang of it, it's easy. There is easy access to the rooftop and places to sit, but it's a bit bright and empty. The room itself was super nice and spacious. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV kept turning on (probably by someone nearby) and was connected to someone else's TV accounts. The staff at the nearby branch location is super helpful and we were able to leave our luggage there after check out before our plane. We were also able to check in a little early. I will say that it felt like there was not much body soap and shampoo offered so I had to buy my own to supplement it. I believe they offer breakfast but we didn't try any of that. The door to the rooms were a little wonky, just make sure that it is properly locked by trying to open them. The location is pretty nice too. There are several cafes and restaurants on the same block or just across the street that are amazing. It is also close to a grocery store to buy water or other necessities. It's also within walkable distance to the VIA rail if you wanted to go to Montreal.
