Great place with incredible restaurant! Wonderful place with comfy beds and hot showers with great water pressure. The restaurant is a must. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal there with impeccable service from Chèque(sp?), a waiter from Senegal who was absolutely delightful and kind. And, he makes the best Moscow Mules we’ve ever tasted. Breakfast was also amazing. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Chèque!

Very clean hotel with an excellent downtown location. Everything was spotless, and it was easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, and major attractions. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

We booked the luxury two bedroom apartment. It’s not two bedrooms it’s a one bedroom with a large living space with a double bed in. The sofa also doubles as a sofa bed. So not a lot of privacy for one couple. The kitchen is large and fairly well equipped . Could have done with an ice tray in the freezer. The washing machine and dryer were both broken but we were able to use the main block machines. There is no housekeeping during your stay and in truth you see very little staff. We made it work for us but the luxury is the location. You are right in the centre of the old town. Parking is less than 100 meters away but it is $60 for 24 hours. Would I recommend. Yes but mainly for location.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. On arrival, the beds were not arranged as chosen, the bed linen had not been changed from the previous guests, and the apartment had clearly not been cleaned. The toilet was filthy, with dirt and splashes on and around the seat. The apartment was not in a habitable condition, and we were unable to sleep there on the first night. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we had to spend part of the next day waiting at the apartment to allow cleaners access to replace the bedding and clean the property. This completely disrupted the start of our holiday. The listing was also misleading regarding air conditioning. There is only one unit in the kitchen/living area, while the bedrooms have no air conditioning, making them very uncomfortable at night. The building itself was poorly maintained. The same food crumbs and dirt on the communal stairs that were there when we arrived were still there three days later when we left. On our final day, the washing machine displayed an error code and stopped halfway through the wash, leaving us unable to complete our laundry. I asked the host for a refund of the first night, as the apartment was not fit for occupation on arrival, together with some compensation for the inconvenience. The host refused to refund even the first night's stay. I cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

convenient location

My favorite hotel in Montréal. Excellent staff, rooms and amenities. Expensive, but you get what you pay for.

My experience with the front desk reception was great overall and housekeeping staff work quickly and efficiently. The breakfast is the standard continental breakfasts that come with hotel packages that I usually search for, very attentive staff in the dining room as well. I stayed in a room by myself and was very comfortable and felt safe
