I recently stayed at Svarga and had a wonderful experience overall! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, I did notice that the toilet bidet hose in my room could use some extra cleaning attention. It’s a small detail, but keeping everything pristine enhances the overall guest experience. Despite this, I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I’ll certainly be back!

Superb location and concept but disappointing food options in comparison to other 4 star hotels/villas. The service and hospitality also wasn’t up to 4 star standard. We would recommend staying at Qunci Villas in Sengigi or Bask on Meno for a better more polished experience.

Amazing location on high ground overlooking the beach. Downside is not being close to water which disnt bother us.

Their genuine warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with thoughtful details that reflect a deep appreciation for both design and comfort. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying the serene beach sunset views, everything felt perfectly curated to create a peaceful and indulgent escape. I would highly recommend Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens to anyone looking for a relaxing and refined retreat.

Moved here from another 5 star hotel, Cocana was at another level completely in terms of environment and quality, I enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Can’t say enough about Tugu and its staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We had an early flight to catch and they had breakfast prepared for us at 6am, usually not available until 7am. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay within walking distance of the ferry and loads of bars and restaurants near.

Great location! Away from the hustle bustle and close enough to great restaurants, sunset venues and beaches. Note there really isn’t a beach out front but plenty of swimmable beaches close by. We stayed in a pool access room - well worth the upgrade as the rooms towards the front of the hotel lack privacy and exposed to late night music. The chilled pool and terraced restaurant are highlights! Staff are incredibly sweet and friendly. Menu is hit and miss. Order the pork belly and sweet potato fries! Bfast every morning is delicious and good people watching. Seriously best coffee! Double shot lattes. Sleeping was comfortable with nightly turn down service and air conditioned rooms. We left doors open and fan on. Roosters and birds are a nice way to wake up around 5am. They also serve afternoon tea with selection of tea, coffee and light bites complimentary to pool villas.
