Willamette Valley All inclusive Vacations

The hotel is in a quiet part of town which is nice, The staff is super helpful and nice. the hotel could use a bit of maintenance the carpets in my room were ripped, the bathroom ceiling's pain was bubbling and chipping away and the shower head could be replaced. Great value for the price however really needs some maintenance done!

Our room was spacious, but of course we paid nearly $3000 for it so I would expect that. I liked the daily housekeeping as well as the full kitchen in our townhouse. I wished the hotel would’ve provided free water bottles in our room. That would’ve been a nice amenity to enjoy for the price we paid. As far as criticisms go, the toilet paper roll is not adequately positioned in the master bathroom. It was very uncomfortable to roll out. Also the shower is definitely needing to be updated. Ours was scratched and a bit dirty looking. Also, a very small and confined space. The last thing I wanna mention is in regards to families with small children. I know you guys get that information prior. You should book rooms accordingly. There was a family with a small child right above us that was running for hours along the floor every morning. It was so disturbing. I had to call the front desk and have them do something before I took matters into my own hands. Small children should never be on anything but the first floor!! You must realize this! For that reason, we might make a bigger deal of which room we’re staying in if this were to be a problem once again.

The $60 pet fee for one night stay with my dog was outrageous,I also did not receive any $20 parking credit on my bill as advertised, this takes a reasonably priced very nice hotel on a Thursday to another level adding another $100 on to the total price. a pet fee is fine but $60 is more than I have ever paid,with no pet it would have been reasonable.
