The decor in the hotel and rooms were a bit different than what I’m used to, but overall it’s a nice quiet place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's a charming, beautifully designed property located right in the heart of downtown Seattle. The decor and overall ambiance were both inspiring and soothing, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised, with great amenities and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. The only minor downside was that the TV's placement partially blocked the view from certain angles. When we arrived, the TV wasn't working, but the team addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. There were a few small areas for improvement. We had received a VIP voucher for complimentary drinks, but it wasn't mentioned during check-in. Since we were only staying one night, we unfortunately didn't have enough time to take advantage of it. We also found that only decaf coffee pods were stocked in the room initially, but after we notified the staff, they promptly brought us a full bag of regular coffee pods. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the hotel's design, atmosphere, and excellent service. The only thing to note is that, being located in the middle of downtown, it can be a bit noisy at night due to the city's activity. That said, I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a stylish and well-located hotel in Seattle.

We were very drawn to Cedarbrook Lodge due to it's location, beautiful grounds, and acceptance of dogs. Our overnight stay was on the 4th of July purposefully to escape the craziness in our neighborhood. Our pup is 15 and hates fireworks. The problem we faced, even though there is a No Fireworks Ordinance in the area where Cedarbrook Lodge is, the residents surrounding the property ignored this and were setting off huge booms till after 2am. While in the room it was quieter so thankful for that but couldn't take our pup outside to potty due to the explosions. Disappointing. I called the front desk to inquire if they will be calling in to report the fireworks and I basically received a "no". Disappointed again. Other than these specific issues, we would consider staying again on a non-holiday time of year. BUT, my husband and I both agree that our room definitely needs to be updated. It's been used and abused for quite a while. Time for refurbishment! The food was above average and felt our breakfast was the best meal of the day. Service at the front desk and restaurant were really great.

Clean, large, well appointed rooms. Great location. Dogs and kids are allowed so they must be great, right?! Great lounges and the restaurant George has delicious breakfast and brunch menu.

Parking was a little confusing at first but it worked out well. Staff were very helpful. Location is top notch. Nice new rooms. Comfy beds. Clean, new bathroom. No mini fridge in our single queen room. And no pool. Otherwise it was a great experience. 4.5/5 overall. Would return.
