The Breakfast buffet was not good enough, limited options, bad quality coffee, you have to ask for eggs options if you don’t ask them then will eat only scramble eggs :( no bananas in Ecuador !!

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at the Go Quito Hotel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop restaurant were absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff were pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. However, service at the rooftop restaurant was quite slow for both breakfast and dinner, and it often seemed understaffed. The coffee was also never served hot enough. Overall, a very nice hotel with excellent accommodations and views, but the restaurant service could use some improvement.

Gem of a hotel with super attentive staff. Unusual to have no tea/coffee in the room at this price point but we got tea after asking at the front desk. The restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately the location is in a seedy neighbourhood making it unsafe to walk outside

Billing system needs to be faster. Customer unable to obtain printout of receipts on the spot.
