Centrally located downtown within walking distance to various attractions, including Powell’s Books (of course), The Portland Art Museum and the farmer’s market on the campus of Portland State. Nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff, lively lobby bar and good complimentary coffee by the registration area. Valet parking was also solid. We enjoyed our stay.

clean and new, overall friendly staff. restaurant has very few selection. Location is both pro and con depending on your needs. Overall good for business trip but not ideal for family trip. Parking is a bit difficult, parking facility is at a building next to the hotel, entrance is very tight but has enough space in front of the entrance to manuver around, 7" height limitation. I managed to get my RAM TRX through by doing a 270-degree turn at the entrance to align my vehicle to the door.
