The hotel staffs was good except the manager and the front desk worker when we tried to check into our room, the where talking about that they couldn't find our reservation, saying it was canceled i had to called Expedia customer to have them called the hotel to confirmed that i had an reservation. But everything else was good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lucia. The room was clean and stylish with all we needed. The nespresso coffee machine is a big upgrade compared to most hotel in room coffee choices. The staff was friendly, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The free arcade was a unique touch and the happy hour in the lobby was a surprise too. The location is great making walking to explore downtown easy. Id recommend this location for adults. Families with small kids might want something different.

Large corner room with fab view (#603) incredible brunch, gorgeous lobby. Driftwood room is a storied bar with tons of atmosphere. Downtown locale was perfect for our two nights in Portland.

We had a wonderful time! Thank you so much for the upgraded suites. Everything was great! We were able to walk to most everywhere except the rain got to us the day befor we left. Thankful for the hot tub and pool!
