Loved the room! I found myself just looking out the window and on the balcony. With the right weather, I would have never left. It is a great spot and I’d love to go back!

The Gotham is an adorable small hotel that is run with very competent staff who you will be able to engage with easily. The Juliet balcony's are a bonus and provide a view of New York life and fresh air. I enjoyed the lush bedding and a room without carpeted surfaces. The mini bar was very well stocked for snacks, soft drinks, wine and alcohol. The restaurant is very attractive and offers a cozy atmosphere. Tends to be a bit loud if you have hearing issues. They offer a nice menu and specialty drinks. I'm hoping when I come back they will have a Smart Tv.

Small rooms, horrible elevator.

Everything was great, the food in the bar/restaurant area is very overpriced for very basic dishes. Breakfast buffet $35 per person, food was not hot, sub par taste. Other than that hotel was absolutely wonderful, clean property, helpful staff, close to many things for entertainment, close to subway stop for travel.

Beautifully designed property. Nice accommodations and staffing. In the heart of Times Square easy access to everything. Very secure safe setting and surroundings. Access keys are required on the elevators.
