Jersey City All inclusive Vacations

Room was a little dirty. Some trash in the closet and socks left under the bed skirt from the previous person. The rooms show their age.

The hotel & lobby were beautiful. The room was ok. The view was amazing.

Hotel bar closes at 10pm which as a hotel guest is disappointing. Excuse is it’s a separate business?????

Pros: ideal location for tourists and visitors, free beverage per person per day, tasty (yet limited) restaurant options. Cons: staff are unfriendly and appear bothered if you ask a question (minus doorman, who is rightfully Instagram famous), rooms were unimpressive and was sloppily made upon arrival. Final fake: if you won't be in the hotel much and want to enjoy all the NYC sites by foot, I would recommend.

All staff we came into contact with from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast/happy hour to doormen were super attentive, very friendly and seemed to sincerely see us. The happy hour/dinner and breakfast provided surprisingly good food, lots of variety and very generous pours! Sonia was a standout and we looked forward to seeing her each evening. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Room nicely appointed and clean.

The staff was very friendly and the ambience was nice. However, the room was very cramped and had to be careful not to fall over columns and bed on the way to the bathroom. Walls were thin and there was no facial soap provided.

Was initially put in the room that shared a wall with the gym. 202. No one should be given that room. My daughter and I were there in ny to attend an early morning doctor appt at NYU. We were woken up at 10:30 by banging coming from the gym. I called and they moved us to a quieter location but we lost some sleep since we had to repack and move and get resettled for our early morning. That room should not be given out to guests ever.

From check-in to check-out, every interaction was pleasant, and they were always willing to assist with any request. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to my experience. The rooms were well-appointed, spacious, and clean, providing a cozy retreat after a busy day in the city. The modern decor blended perfectly with the vibrant atmosphere outside. Service throughout the hotel was impeccable, with prompt responses to any needs and a welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Riu for anyone looking to enjoy the energy of Times Square while experiencing top-notch hospitality. I would definitely stay there again during my next trip to NYC!

Absolutely AMAZING in every way. The Plaza exceeded my expectations and was central in making our engagement weekend a time that we will always remember! The STAFF are what truly sets the Plaza apart. Always helpful, humorous and posh without being stuffy, the staff truly are the soul of the institution.
