Kelso All inclusive Vacations

Loved our stay at this property. Cannot recommend highly enough, staff were outstanding, room was very spacious and comfortable. Very clean and comfortable bed and furnishings. Spacious bathroom. Cozy bar in the lobby with wonderful drinks. Breakfast was outstanding, made fresh to order. A very enjoyable visit.

The apartment is very small and a bit far from the center, you need a car or a bus to reach it. The hall is narrow and the bathroom is small, one bedroom is small and barely fits a double bed. There is a hanging bed but it is not equipped and the ladder is broken. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is good but the sheets are worn out. The apartment only fits two people, contrary to what is written that it fits four, but there is no sofa bed, even just a sofa in the hall

Beautiful decor and extremely clean. Lovely breakfast buffet and menu along with coffees in the morning. Booked premium king room. Had to move after two nights due to noise from ?something in ceiling / staff room beside us. Constant creaking and thumping. Could not sleep well even with ear plugs in. Staff moved us to another smaller room (no adjustment in room rate) and although there was a utility / fire closet in between, could hear tv next door with ear plugs in. Had to turn on loud AC fan to drown out sound. Very disappointing when paying > £350-400 per night.

Front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Only flaw was the property manager that came to look at our tv (that didn’t work properly also it says it has Netflix on it however it does not) he was quite rude, dismissive and short with us when I asked about the tv. Breakfast staff were very kind and helpful there was lots of options for everyone. I wouldn’t hesitant to return to this hotel however the manager we dealt with could use an attitude adjustment

The property and room that I had were very, very comfortable, beautifully appointed and clean. The breakfast was delicious and very healthy. It was all a very pleasant day. My only comment is that the hotel is in an old house and my room was right at the top of the stairs on the second floor so sometimes noise traveled from the first floor and lobby late in the evening. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Right next to Holyrood Castle with a view of the castle and Arthur's Seat right out my window.

I loved staying at The Kimpton! Zoe was so warm and helpful! We took advantage of the amenities like Plant Pal, having them arrange transportation for us, the loaner Strathberry bag, and they have an amazing list of wellness options like the TheraGun (which my lower back needed after 2 solid days walking the whole of Edinburgh). We would absolutely stay again.

A few issues with the fire alarm, moved rooms due to a leaky pipe.

Perfectly located, walkable and in a safe are. An ideal location for anyone looking to explore New Town or Old Town. Friendly, reaponsive and professional staff. Attention to detail, immaculate rooms, with big, fluffy towels. ☺️

We enjoyed staying at the Bonnie Hotel. It was conveniently located, we were able to walk to a great breakfast spot (Laura's Kitchen- highly recommend) and around the city. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did not use the kitchenette, but its there and well equiped if someone wanted to.
