The property is in a great location. It is clewan and well appointed although the rroms are very small. The front desk staff was not very welcoming. I mentioned that we were locals but were going to be staying at the Pendry in NYC next montyh and could have cared less I dont think either one of them smilled once. Bell men were friendly. The manager at the pool was fantastic! She was what we are used for a high end property. She was attentive, anticipated our needs and was friendly and kind. Sad to say that compared to the rest of the staff she seemed out of place and should be at a Four Seasons or Aman property. Won't be coming back.

The proximity was great to all attractions. The beds and pillows uncomfortable. There is a $50 per night charge to park your car that is not listed. The breakfast was medicore.
Overall it was a nice stay. Staff was nice.
