Had a nice time during the Christmas season at this hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and helped with any minor issues we ran into. They were very accommodating.

Clean room, friendly accommodating staff. Excellent service

Clean room. A little small, but typical for NYC. I stayed with my 10 year old daughter and the cleaning service did a great job of vacuuming our crumbs from late night in room snacking. Some minor inconveniences with the lighting. Track lighting behind the bed would flash ever few minutes when the lights were off. We used towels to block the lighting so it wasn’t a big deal, but the room was a little dark as a result. Very close to the 28th st subway station made it very easy to get to broadway shows, which we did several times.

Room was fine...helpful staff ...ESPECIALLY the doormen !!! Very attentive and helpful. Nice grab and go breakfast....good location. Id definitely stay again...👍🗽👍🏙

The room was spotless, all the staff were helpful and courteous. Madison the manager went out of her way to accommodate us when there was a small maintenance issue which meant we were not able to stay in the room we had booked. She was very helpful and found us a delightful accommodation, making the 5 day stay a warm and welcoming experience. I will be booking here again.

We loved this hotel. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Excellent lighting for reading. Bathroom was great with unbelievable water pressure in both bath and shower. Wonderful cleaning staff. Great trip.

The beds were comfy, staff was outstanding, and it was far enough away from the busy parts of the city and yet comfortably close enough to everything!
