Pool slide was closed and not available for our kids to use in July. Hotel is dated and rooms had old and torn carpet. Breakfast was adequate. The only thing Royal about the hotel are the high room prices.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fairholm Boutique Inns during our visit to Charlottetown. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well cared for.
The location was perfect. We were able to walk to many of Charlottetown’s restaurants, shops, and the waterfront, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable.
Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The property itself is full of character and charm, creating a relaxing environment.
What made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us make the most of our time in Prince Edward Island. Their recommendations for restaurants and local attractions were outstanding and led us to some of the highlights of our trip.
We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Charlottetown.
