West End All inclusive Vacations

The breakfast was fresh and reasonable. The pool was cold.

No complimentary water. You have to be an Elite Hyatt member or a bottle of water is $3. Breakfast, I believe ended at 9:30 am, which is way too early. The toilet was a little loose at the bottom, so it moved. Also, they didn't give me any info, on anything, just a key and a room number. No list of local restaurants (that deliver), etc. No coupons, of any sort... No local activities...

The room was clean and spectacular view of downtown Houston. The staff was beyond helpful. They were all great.

Wonderful location. There were a few items in my room that didn’t work. The ice machine on my floor was broken. The sockets in my room only worked in one area and it made it difficult to do paperwork. The shower head was also malfunctioning.

The Blossom Hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly, the room was gorgeous and the lobby is beautiful. Every area of the hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious. I stayed for one night and hated that my stay couldn’t be longer. I will definitely stay at The Blossom when I am in Houston again!

The room and bed were great. Upon arrival, I found a note on my door stating the property would be doing upgrades the week I was there and access to my room would be required by workers. When I called the front desk, the woman verified that was correct. I did express that wasn’t ok with me, I didn’t want workers randomly showing up and being in my room. The clerk became defensive and dismissive. It was rude and I didn’t appreciate booking a room and then showing up to the possibility of workers in my room. It felt like a pretty big ask. Just shut down what you need to renovate and don’t disturb your guests.

Staff are fantastic. Property itself is starting to show signs of neglect mimicking the loss of businesses and properties that surround it (multiple closed office building and mall across the street). AC barely worked - fortunately it wasn't summer time, missing cover on ceiling light, multiple common areas with signs of wear and tear.
