Loved the lake and surrounding area. It was so serene. Breakfast was included and was amazing. It was cozy detached cabana type of room. Friendly staff.

We arrived from Airport, they provided shuttle. They found a driver to take us to Ella. We came back 3 days later and they shuttled us to the Airport. Excellent service. Great food.

They delivered the bags to the room very quickly. They also had a piece of birthday cake sent to our room for my friend’s birthday upon my request. Great service!

Clean and spacious rooms, convenient location, awesome rooftop pool with a great view of Colombo and most importantly friendly staff with a good attitude. .

A decent seaside venue with good facilities. Nice layout. However some maintenance and service deficiencies with AC unit leaking stagnant water that needed multiple calls for clean up. Maintenance crew only mopped the dirty water and left a air fresher for the guests to use. Had to call room service to have rest of the clean up completed. No engagement by property management at all. The pool, beach and bar staff are very pleasant and courteous. However front desk and onsite managers need more training in customer service and ensuring that they listen to the guests instead of being dismissive. Other properties in the location have nicer beaches and better trained more friendly and responsive management. The adjacent usable public beach is crowded. Not meeting standards of an Expedia VIP property in terms of overall standards and service.

It’s the perfect spot to escape the chaos of the city. Plenty of dining options (although expensive) with high quality food. The level of service all around the hotel is over and above expectations. Gym, pool, all great

spasious and comfortable.
